Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is due prior to your appointment. Cases of weather and emergency are considered exceptions to this policy. If a session is canceled within the 24 hours, full payment is expected.
For cancellation due to illness, less than 24 hours in advance, half of the usual fee is expected.

Payment

Payment for individual classes and private sessions are due at the time of the appointment.
Payment for group class and private packages are due at the first appointment of the package.*

Forms of payment accepted:
Cash, personal check, Zelle (find my account with either cell number or email) for classes in Rosendale and Gardiner.
Sessions at Ulster Pilates in New Paltz accept credit card, cash, check, Venmo and Zelle directly to Ulster Pilates.

*There are no refunds on unused portions of pre-paid packages.
Packages are now being phased out, and not currently available for new clients.
